October 17-18 2025
The 2025 OcarinaFest will be held in Hapeville, GA just outside of Atlanta, GA. All events will be at Freeside Atlanta
You can get tickets through Meetup. Tickets will go on sale soon.
Frequent updates will be posted to the GOC Facebook group, subreddit, and Discord server.
We have an Etsy shop and all proceeds from that goes to helping support Global Ocarina Community, including OcarinaFest. You can also Buy Me A Coffee.
Traditionally OcarinaFest has been an event that is free, virtual and open to the public. This however hasn’t been working, because due to the lack of admission cost, this has halted the organization of an in person festival event. Many people expressed interest in the return of a 2019 event where people can attend concerts, attend in person panels and sessions, meet ocarina players from around the world and enjoy a great event.
This event is truly community funded. The donations paid for the venue fee for the MainStage concerts. The ticket sales are raising funds for performers travel fees. We are trying to make this event a one of a kind. The OcarinaFest Committee and many donors have donated a considerable amount of funds to make this event happen. We hope everyone has a good time! In exchange for a ticket fee you are helping support a great cause, a priceless experience and a one of a kind event!
No. This event will happen biennially (every other year) from now on. We are trying to alternate between the Budrio Ocarina Festival and OcarinaFest, to give the community an opportunity to experience both. However, if there is a year where the donation threshold is not met, the event will not take place.
The ticket price covers your entire event experience. However we want to give back to the community, so the concerts are open to the public. These have always been open to the public, since 2018 and even before. We wish to introduce as many people to the ocarina world as possible. So we want the general public to be able to attend these.
The event ticket in addition to supporting the festival goes towards helping performers who are out of town with travel expenses. No profit is being made this year. The fee covers all sessions, panels, events and mini events that the festival features such as open mic, ocarina March and many more!
Yes! Absolutely! Anyone is welcome to come. We do ask that anyone under 18 is accompanied by their parents/guardians.
